Find a public toilet.
Nearby toilets on a map, sorted by how far away they are, with the price up front — and an honest answer when nobody has recorded one.
Free or paid, before you walk
Filters for free, paid and unknown. If the price isn't recorded, it says so rather than guessing.
I need one now
One tap picks the best bet and points an arrow at it. It weighs distance against whether the place is likely to be open.
Step-free and baby changing
Filter for wheelchair access and changing tables, because for some people that is the whole question.
Works without signal
Save an area before you travel and it stays on your phone. Useful on a plane, a foreign SIM, or a basement.
Tells you how old the data is
Every toilet shows when a human last checked it. A pin from 2019 and one checked last month are not the same claim.
Report what's wrong
Gone, locked or permanently closed? Reporting it hides it for you and files a note back to OpenStreetMap for everyone.
Where the data comes from
Every toilet in LooLander comes from OpenStreetMap, the map that volunteers around the world build and maintain. The app carries a copy of roughly 667,000 of them, rebuilt from OpenStreetMap once a month.
OpenStreetMap data is published under the Open Database Licence. If a toilet near you is missing or wrong, you can fix it there and the correction reaches everyone using the map — including this app.
